Data We Process

We may process account data, email addresses, company names, authentication logs, IP addresses, approximate city/region/country derived from the connection IP, audit logs, payment references, submitted entities, OSINT report content, and usage events. Orvex does not request precise GPS location for this feature.

Purpose

Data is used to provide account access, generate lawful OSINT reports, enforce usage limits, maintain auditability, process subscriptions, secure the platform, and support customers.

Third-Party Providers

Orvex may use Supabase for authentication/database, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for report summarization, IPinfo for approximate session geolocation, and specialist OSINT/security data providers. Provider access is limited to the service purpose.

Retention and Security

Reports and logs may be retained for operational, billing, security, and compliance purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational controls are applied, including access restrictions and audit logging.

User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their account data where applicable. Requests can be sent to contact@orvexintelligence.com.
